Investigating - We have received reports that students are experiencing further disruption accessing the Placements on the Web (PoW) component of the ARC placement management system. This is used for viewing allocations, recording skills and placement hours, and for timesheet approval.
The University has contacted the supplier of this system requesting detail on when a fix will be implemented.

Monitoring - Our cloud service provider myday have report that stability in their systems have now improved and are closely monitor performance and address any potential issues that may arise.

Investigating - We are currently aware of distribution access the Student & Staff MyDay Portal. You may find the portal running slowly or being unable to access certain areas.
