City Campus Network Service Infrastructure Upgrade
Completed - The scheduled maintenance has been completed.

In progress - Scheduled maintenance is currently in progress. We will provide updates as necessary.

Scheduled - Upgrade works on City Campus network infrastructure will take place out of hours on Sunday 14th April between 22:00-01:00.

Whilst these works take place, disruption/outages to the campus network, the internet and wider University services that require them to operate, should be expected.

Please note that Glide internet services in City Campus Halls of Residence will not be affected by these works.

Intermittent disruption to accessing MyDay
Resolved - This incident has been resolved.

Investigating - Staff, students, and applicants accessing the University's MyDay pages are currently receiving either an error message when attempting to login or the page is simply not loading and timing out.

We are looking into this and will update this page once further updates become available.

Investigating - We are currently aware of a number of errors appearing on the main University of Worcester website causing large parts of the website to be inaccessible. This has been referred to our third party provider.

Investigating - We are currently aware of an issue with a third-party provider where the authentication messages to access the VPN are not being sent, resulting in staff being unable to login to the Forticlient VPN.
